Name Change to Ahimsa

I’m changing the name of Science of Kids to Ahimsa which is a better reflection of it’s mission. Ahimsa is a fundamental concept in many Eastern religions. In English, it translates to “non-violence”. Ahimsa emphasizes cultivating compassion, positive spirit, and mindful expression.

The mission of Ahimsa is foster the next generation of beautiful minds. Minds that are resilient, strong, kind, and compassionate. Minds that will help shape a more beautiful future.

They’ll still be science here. I’ve been a scientist for 2 decades and it will always be a part of who I am but I want to be able to talk about other topics very near and dear to my heart: literature, logic, art, faith. Ahimsa better represents the path forward.
